🚚 Shipping & Delivery

Do you ship worldwide? Yes, we ship globally! However, we currently do not ship to the following countries:

Tip: If you reside in these countries, we recommend using a third-party package forwarding service.

Will I be charged customs or import fees? We strive to offer tax-inclusive pricing for many regions. However, for certain international destinations, BrickWar II is not responsible for customs fees, import duties, or taxes applied by your local government once the package arrives. We recommend checking your local regulations before ordering.

My tracking says "Delivered" but I haven't received it.

Check around your property, porch, and mailbox.Ask neighbors or household members if they accepted it on your behalf.Contact your local post office or carrier directly.If you still cannot locate it, please contact our support team.

Are these real LEGOĀ® bricks? BrickWar II sells high-quality, custom-molded bricks made from durable ABS plastic. They are 100% compatible with LEGOĀ® and other major brands, but they are third-party designs focused on historical military realism that major brands do not produce.

I am missing pieces. What do I do? Don't worry! We offer a Free Replacement Part Service.

What scale are your models? Most of our tank and vehicle models are built to approximately 1:28 scale, though this can vary slightly by set.

Do the sets come in boxes? To keep shipping costs free or low for our customers and to reduce waste, most sets are shipped in sealed, durable protective bags rather than retail boxes. All sets include the necessary parts and a printed instruction manual.

Do you have digital instructions? Yes. Every set comes with a printed manual. If yours is missing or damaged, or if you prefer a digital version, email us, and we will send you a PDF copy.

What is your Return Policy? We offer a 30-day return policy.

Eligibility:

Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.

Model Kits:

Due to the nature of the product,

we cannot accept returns on kits that have been opened or partially assembled

unless there is a verifiable manufacturing defect.

sending any items back. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

How do I cancel my order? If your order has not yet been shipped, please contact us immediately, and we can process a full cancellation.

Note: Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You will need to wait for delivery and then initiate a return.

When will I get my refund? Once your return is received and inspected at our UK facility, we will notify you. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Is BrickWar II legitimate? Yes. We are operated by IDRISECOM LTD, a registered company in the United Kingdom (Reg No: 16480669). We use secure payment processors, offer tracked shipping, and have thousands of satisfied customers worldwide.

I got a phone call from a representative? We do have sales representatives who may contact you to assist with orders. However, we will NEVER ask for your full credit card details over the phone. They will only send you secure links to complete your purchase.
